My friend and I visited the BMW Premium Selection showroom on 12/11/2025 at 3:00 PM to view the G20 320i. First, we went to the new car showroom on the ground floor and stood there for almost 15–20 minutes, but no one attended to us. We then decided to go to the first floor to view the BMW Premium Selection G20, yet to our surprise, the same situation happened (no one served us).
We felt that the sales advisors were rude and seemed to judge customers based on their age and youthful appearance. Honestly, a car priced at over RM250,000+ is not considered expensive for us; it’s not as if you are selling a RM3 million car to justify judging customers you assume cannot afford it.
Overall, the service at BMW Premium Selection Ara Damansara was unhelpful and rude. We will not be purchasing any BMW from this showroom. 😌

I recently purchased a pre owned BMW 320i 2020 and the entire experience was exceptional thanks to Joshua. Excellent purchasing experience with Jack! The car is not only of very high quality, but interest rate obtained and service provided was very good as well!
Time taken from decision point to car collection is ~2weeks which is super fast too.
Will definitely recommend Jack and Sime Darby to other buyers
