Suggest to look for Daylan the sales advisor. He is experienced, works fast & honest. He helped me settled everything from A-Z, i didnt need to worry anything.
His aftersales service also very good! Will visit again 👌🏻👌🏻👍

My friend and I visited the BMW Premium Selection showroom on 12/11/2025 at 3:00 PM to view the G20 320i. First, we went to the new car showroom on the ground floor and stood there for almost 15–20 minutes, but no one attended to us. We then decided to go to the first floor to view the BMW Premium Selection G20, yet to our surprise, the same situation happened (no one served us).
We felt that the sales advisors were rude and seemed to judge customers based on their age and youthful appearance. Honestly, a car priced at over RM250,000+ is not considered expensive for us; it’s not as if you are selling a RM3 million car to justify judging customers you assume cannot afford it.
Overall, the service at BMW Premium Selection Ara Damansara was unhelpful and rude. We will not be purchasing any BMW from this showroom. 😌

I recently purchased a used Proton X50 from Sime Darby Auto Selection, and the entire experience was far better than I ever imagined a used-car purchase could be. Everything was smooth, transparent, and genuinely pleasant from start to finish.
A special shoutout to Jack, my Sales Advisor, who delivered outstanding service throughout the whole process. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always kept me updated at every stage. His professionalism really gave me confidence in my purchase.
What impressed me even more was the level of care put into preparing the car. The X50 was sent to an authorised Proton Service Centre for a full inspection, and Sime Darby even arranged polishing and detailing before delivery. When I collected the car, it looked and felt almost brand new.
Overall, it was a hassle-free and satisfying experience. I would highly recommend Sime Darby Auto Selection—and especially Jack—for anyone looking to buy a used car with peace of mind.
